Concept Change Room Facility for Boomers Football Club
This concept design has been developed as a functional, community-focused sports facility, responding directly to the operational needs of the Boomers Football Club. The building is composed as a series of interconnected pavilions, each providing dedicated, covered zones to support team change rooms, equipment storage, and match-day operations.
Simple, disciplined roof forms extend beyond the building envelope to create generous sheltered circulation spaces, offering weather protection while maintaining strong visual connections to the playing field. These extended rooflines enhance usability and reinforce the building’s horizontal architectural expression.
The façades adopt a restrained material palette, incorporating robust, low-maintenance finishes suited to high-traffic sporting environments. Integrated signage within the primary elevation provides clear identity for each pavilion, strengthening wayfinding and reinforcing the club’s presence within the broader sporting precinct.
