Industrial Development Bennu Circuit, Albury

The new Australian Ramp headquarters in Bennu Circuit, Albury, adopts a refined industrial architectural language that prioritises functionality, durability, and cost‑effective construction. The design employs a restrained palette of robust materials, with selective use of colour to enhance street presence and reinforce brand identity. A rhythmic arrangement of glazing introduces symmetry and visual order, while ensuring generous natural light penetration throughout the internal workspaces.

A bold entry canopy forms the primary architectural gesture, providing depth, articulation, and a clear point of arrival. This element not only strengthens the building’s façade composition but also serves as a recognisable landmark within the industrial precinct.

Supporting operational efficiency, a dedicated side awning offers weather protection to the loading and unloading zone, improving workflow and contributing additional architectural layering. The warehouse envelope incorporates concrete dado panels to safeguard the structure from heavy‑vehicle impacts, while metal wall cladding maintains the minimalist, industrial aesthetic.

Together, these considered design moves create a cohesive, contemporary facility that balances visual clarity with practical performance—delivering a headquarters that is both architecturally compelling and operationally robust.
