Modern light industrial complex featuring two parallel rows of identical warehouse units with a consistent rectilinear form, large roller doors, and pedestrian entries. The central driveway is framed by structured landscaping, including low plantings and small trees, creating a clear circulation spine between the buildings. The design emphasises functional access, modular repetition, and efficient site organisation within a broader industrial precinct.

McKoy Street

This design has been developed as a modern, functional light industrial facility that prioritises efficiency, flexibility, and long-term operational performance for future tenants.

The site is arranged in a symmetrical, campus-style layout, with two parallel rows of warehouse units and integrated office components positioned at the front of each tenancy. This configuration creates a clear central access corridor, allowing for efficient vehicle movement, servicing, and safe pedestrian circulation throughout the site.

Each unit features a contemporary architectural expression, using durable external materials and neutral colour tones to create a professional and cohesive streetscape presence. Large roller shutter doors support industrial operations, while glazed office entries improve natural light, visibility, and customer accessibility.
