Industrial development Ceres Drive, Thurgoona

This industrial development showcases a contemporary architectural aesthetic that seamlessly integrates operational functionality with modern design principles. The building is defined by its vertically clad Colorbond façade, paired with translucent upper wall sections that reduce visual bulk while enhancing natural light ingress. These elements contribute to a clean, efficient exterior expression that reflects the building’s industrial purpose.

A non-illuminated flush wall sign is subtly embedded within the façade, providing understated branding that complements the linear geometry of the structure. Extending westward, a steel-trussed awning offers weather protection over designated parking and loading zones, reinforcing the development’s industrial character while supporting practical site operations.

The two-storey office component introduces a refined material palette and increased transparency, featuring expressed joint cladding and expansive aluminium-framed glazing. Oriented to the north, east, and south, the glazing maximises daylight penetration and visual connectivity, enhancing energy efficiency and workplace comfort. A bold entry canopy anchors the arrival sequence, establishing a strong architectural statement and providing clear wayfinding within the industrial precinct.

Together, these elements form a cohesive and purposeful design—one that prioritises clarity, durability, and user experience while elevating the architectural language of contemporary industrial development.
